Dale was born in Lancashire in 1971. He studied at Blackburn College of Art and then went on to achieve his Bachelor of Art degree at Middlesex University. He ha snow had two solo shows  at the Signal Gallery ,Hoxton in London, in April 2008 and 2009. He is taking part in a number of important group shows and festivals both in the UK and abroad.
